Since our product is never made in advance, our production time for most projects is 1-3 weeks, depending on size. You can expect most products will ship within 10-14 days of purchase. Then 7-10 days for shipping. Although these times may seem long, often we exceed these timelines. Returns & Cancellation Policy
Because each flag is made to order we cannot cancel an order after it has been place. If for any reason you are not happy with your finished product please reach out to us and we will work with you to resolve the issue the best we can.
Certainly. As long as we have not begun production on your item, we would be happy to alter your order. Please send an email to: sales@purcellvilleflags.com Please ensure you do this as quickly as possible and without confirmation from us, you can expect the original order to be sent.
If damage is caused by the carrier we will replace your item free of charge. If damage ever comes to your flag, please simply send us an email at: sales@purcellvilleflags.com and we will send you a new flag minus shipping cost and the return of your original item.
Gift Receipt and Gift Cards
Email us today and we can send you an email Gift Receipt for a flag of your purchase, that you can print and give as a gift!
Gift cards are available on our site and in numerous denominations. If you need a physical gift card we can send on to you as well. However, the easiest option is digital cards sent through email.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
You can pay online here, if paying by cash or check payment must be paid up front and in person prior to us creating your custom flag. There is a $50 fee for any returned checks.
